a. Service Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the quality of the laundry service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your laundered items. We will assess the situation and, if deemed appropriate, offer a re-service of the items at no additional cost or provide a partial or full refund.

b. Item Loss or Damage: In the rare event that an item is lost or damaged due to our service, please report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your items. We will investigate the matter and provide compensation in accordance with our Damage or Loss Policy.

2. Process for Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a. Collection and Re-service: If your items are approved for re-service, 95 South Laundry will cover all costs associated with the collection and re-servicing of the items.

b. Refunds: If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

4. Product Requirements

Please ensure that all items sent to us for laundry services are suitable for washing or dry cleaning, as per the care instructions on the item label. 95 South Laundry is not responsible for damage to items that are not suitable for standard laundry processes.
